The Frankfort Police Department is excited to invite you to our annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 at Prairie Creek Park from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. This event, in collaboration with our law enforcement partners across Clinton County, promises an evening of community engagement and fun for all ages.
Created in 1984 by the National Association of Town Watch, National Night Out has grown from 2.5 million neighbors in 400 communities in 23 states that year to now servicing 38.1 million citizens in over 16,500 communities in all fifty US states, including US Territories in Canada and military bases worldwide.
Highlights include:
• Interacting with local law enforcement officers
• Law enforcement vehicle displays
• SWAT, Drone and K9 displays
• Free Rossville Lion’s Club ice cream sponsored by Envoy
• Free bicycle helmets provided by Goodwin Funeral Home
• School supply giveaway by Center Township of Clinton County, United Way for Clinton County, and Healthy Communities Of Clinton County Coalition
• Food provided by Primera Iglesia Bautista DE Frankfort
WILO AM 1570, Community Radio will be broadcasting live during the event, adding to the festive atmosphere.
