Meet Our Directors

Brande Seibert- Membership & Operations

I maintain the membership database, give counsel regarding their business, such as organizational structure, the last thing I handle is recruiting new members. The goal is to maintain membership, retain those members and attract new ones. We have a big goal of 150 members total to have in the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce for next year. I also, handle the scheduling for the chamber, regarding important meetings, conference rooms, anything for our chamber members, as well as those who are a part of our Iron Block.  I greet those who need help when they walk into our building. I aim to give great customer service on and off the phone for our community and residents. I handle financials, regarding paperwork and accounts that help keep our county and the chamber growing.

I am looking forward to getting out in the community, meeting new people, and continuing my passion in customer service. I may be originally from California, but my family and I have made a wonderful impression here in Frankfort, IN. I moved here in 1996 with my husband, Bill, now married for 30 years! Raised two children, Chris & Rylee, both graduated from Frankfort High School, continuing their education in college. I bring a welcoming hand to our community and show the community why Clinton County is a great place to live.

Kaytianne Rottler- Communications & Events

I maintain our Clinton County website, keeping it a hub of information for our community. I have rejuvenated and expanded the Chamber’s social media presence, not only for the chamber, but for the community. Letting them know and see what all is going on around them. I keep it informative, positive and engaging. Every week I send out our weekly newsletter for our members and the community. I run and maintain all the Chamber events throughout the year. We have revamped many events for the coming year, while keeping up on our traditional ones!  I’m the official photographer for the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce for all our events and the ribbon cutting ceremonies. When I started, I created the Clinton County Community Calendar, gathering information about events with the community, schools, and businesses.

I was born in Tennessee, but I have lived and loved Indiana my whole life. I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications. I have always had a passion for promotional sales, photography, media & event coordinating. I hope and thrive to continue those passions in my daily life and my career. All that I have started and worked on are simply to help promote members, businesses and the community.

Shan Sheridan- Chamber CEO & Economic Development Executive Director

I have been a grateful resident of Clinton County since 1983 and I have been engaged in a variety of community efforts. I joined the Chamber team in 2001 and became CEO in 2011. In my dual role of Chamber and Economic Development Director, I work with private business and public officials to strengthen the economic climate of Clinton County through business retention, expansion, and attraction. This includes communicating resources and information to business, industries and organizations throughout Clinton County. I also, work within two state regional economic development groups to promote and educate regional economic development. Partnering with elected officials to promote and advance the mission, that “Clinton County is a great place to live, work and play.

I live with my wife Tammy and we both enjoy family, especially our time with our grandkids.

In Memory of Jason Wilhite

“Clinton County lost a true champion, our dear friend & co-worker, Jason Wilhite, passed away. He embodied all that is good in human spirit, loved his community with everything he had and was always there when you needed a friend. He worked for the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce for 10 years as the Director of Membership & Events. His infectious smile and kind heart was only equaled to his servant attitude. He will be dearly missed.”
