Meet Our Directors

Shan Sheridan — Chamber CEO & Economic Development Executive Director

I have been a grateful resident of Clinton County since 1983 and I have been engaged in a variety of community efforts. I joined the Chamber team in 2001 and became CEO in 2011. In my dual role of Chamber and Economic Development Director, I work with private business and public officials to strengthen the economic climate of Clinton County through business retention, expansion, and attraction.This includes communicating resources and information to business, industries and organizations throughout Clinton County. I also, work within two state regional economic development groups to promote and educate regional economic development. Partnering with elected officials to promote and advance the mission, that “Clinton County is a great place to live, work and play.

I live with my wife Tammy and we both enjoy family, especially our time with our grandkids.

Zak Ballard — Marketing & Communications Director

With a background in tech and professional sales, I bring a deep passion for entrepreneurship and communication. With a background in marketing strategy, small business growth, and digital sales, I have built multiple businesses, including Highline Content, a marketing agency focused on helping local businesses thrive. My experience spans content creation, process optimization, and digital marketing, with a particular focus on empowering small businesses to succeed in an ever-changing marketplace. I also draw on my experience as a small business owner of Discount Emporium in Frankfort, where I have been a dedicated advocate for local commerce and community engagement.

Laura Guajardo — Membership Engagement Director

I am the Member Engagement Director for the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce, where I focus on building strong connections within our business community. My role involves supporting local businesses by creating meaningful networking opportunities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every member feels valued and heard. With a background in community outreach and relationship management, I am passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed in our vibrant local economy. My goal is to strengthen the ties between businesses and the community, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Tom Jameson — Operations Director

I am the Operations Director for Iron Block Coworking Studio, where I oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure our space is a productive, inspiring environment for entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small business owners. With a background in operations management and a passion for fostering collaboration, I focus on creating a seamless experience for our members, from maintaining modern workspaces to supporting innovative ideas. I believe that a strong coworking community can drive local business growth and provide the flexibility and support that today’s professionals need to thrive.

Tina Stock — Office Manager

The most important responsibility as the office manager is to make sure when someone walks through our doors or calls in, I will make them feel welcome! I pride myself on my customer service. Some of my other responsibilities will be scheduling meetings in our conference rooms, scheduling meetings offsite, accounts payable, accounts receivable, help plan and assist in events, and any other day to day projects that come my way.

I was born and raised right here in Clinton County. I came from city government where I have worked for the last 12 years. I have always been heavily involved with organizations and volunteering in our community.

I have been married to my husband Don for 46 years. We have 4 children who have all graduated from Frankfort High School and college. I love spending time with our 10 grandchildren and our life long friends in our community!
