Get ready to cool off this summer. The City of Frankfort Parks Department is thrilled to announce the opening of Sapphire Bay at TPA Park for the 2024 season. Sapphire Bay will open its gates to the public on Saturday, May 25, 2024 and remain open until Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2024.
Hours of Operation (subject to change due to weather) from May 25th to August 4th:
Water Walking: Monday to Friday 10:15am to 11:15am
Monday to Friday – 11:30am to 7:00pm
Saturday – 11:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday – 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Hours of Operation (subject to change due to weather) from August 5th to September 2nd:
WEEKENDS ONLY
Saturday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Labor Day: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Pricing for single-day admission and season passes will not change from the 2023 summer season.
Daily Entry Fee: $7.00 (children 2 years old and under are free)
Morning Water Walking Daily Fee (Monday to Friday only): $3.00
Individual Season Pass $75.00
Family Season Pass (for a family of up to 5 household members) $250.00
*$25.00 per additional household member
Cabana Rental – Half-Day/4 hours: $50.00
Cabana Rental – Full Day: $75.00
Season passes are currently available for purchase at the Frankfort Parks Department Office. The office will be open from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Once Sapphire Bay is open, season passes will be available at the entrance only. Sapphire Bay barcode cards are reusable, please let park staff know if you were a previous season pass holder.

The Ice will be serving a variety of snacks, drinks, and ice cream for the 2024 season. Food can be ordered at both the pool-side window and the walk-up window facing the TPA Park Petting Zoo.
